Make form links easy to find
Google Forms are useful for feedback, check-ins, quizzes, and surveys, but students need a clear reminder when a form is due. Posting the same form reminder manually can become another repeated admin task.
Class Add-Ons Scheduler lets you schedule Google Classroom reminders for Google Forms. Add the form link, instructions, due date, and recurrence so the reminder appears when students need it.
Useful form reminder routines
Teachers can schedule reminders for:
- Weekly feedback forms.
- End-of-topic check-ins.
- Reading or homework logs.
- Revision self-assessments.
- Low-stakes quizzes.
- Wellbeing or pastoral check-ins.
The form remains in Google Forms. Class Add-Ons Scheduler publishes the Google Classroom reminder that points students to it.
Add due dates and context
A form link alone is often not enough. A good reminder tells students why they are completing the form, what deadline applies, and whether they need to complete it before a lesson.
You can include that context in the scheduled Google Classroom post.
Keep recurring forms under control
If a form is only needed for a few weeks, add an end date. That keeps the reminder schedule aligned with the actual classroom routine.
